Founder & CEO
Hadi Melhem
A highly talented, professional and dedicated Project Manager/Civil Engineer. Over 20 years of civil engineering construction projects including projects in infrastructure, public works, military construction, Disneyland Construction, building maintenance, substation, pipeline & developer construction, Electrical Power Plant Construction, ACIP and Inclusion piles, huge reinforced concrete foundations, utility, wastewater, sewer mains, drainage systems, grading, and paving. Experience ranges from: planning, Quality Control, designing, estimating and managing the construction of power plant projects, public work projects, Naval Facilities Engineering Command NAVFAC, CalTrans, Edison, and Building maintenance projects.

With 5 years of experience in the construction industry, Victoria Roberts plays a key role in ensuring projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Specializing in structural engineering, site management, and quality control, Victoria works closely with clients, contractors, and the on-site team to oversee every phase of construction.

With an impressive 42 years of experience in the construction industry, Brad Chadwick brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and expertise to AAPC. As Operations Manager, he oversees daily operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Throughout his career, Brad has successfully managed multi millions dollars construction projects, e.g., large-scale commercial developments, infrastructure projects, residential construction, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and teams on the ground. Known for his problem-solving skills, strategic planning, and commitment to excellence, Brad plays a pivotal role in keeping projects on time and within budget.
